About Me

I am a student.
Currently studying for the BA/BTeach at Victoria University, Wellington.
I am in my last year of study.

I am an artist. Though more specifically a painter, just so I don't get lumped in with those people who use art as an excuse for stupidity.

I am a web-designer. Every now and then I pull out the laptop and write a few hundred lines of code.

I am a Christian. A Christ follower. Enough said.

God

I am The Way, The Truth and The Life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
John 14 vs. 6

It would not be right for me to have a website and not have a page dedicated to the one thing that has kept me here. To some, God is a fictional being who religious freaks choose to rant and rave about. To others He is like Santa Claus, a made up deity which they later found was just their parents filling their stocking late one night. Others believe something is out there, something good to balance out the evil, but don't want to credit God with that title.

On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said, "Peace be with you!" After He said this, He showed them His hands and side. The disciples were overjoyed when they saw the Lord
John 20 vs. 19-20

I believe that He came to Earth as a man, Jesus, who walked in our shoes, teaching, praying, giving to the poor and healing the sick. He was faultless, void of sin. He was betrayed for 30 pieces of silver, whipped 39 times and executed for crimes He did not commit. He died on the cross for us all.

And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, He gave up His spirit. At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook and the rocks split. The tombs broke open and the bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life. They came out of the tombs, and after Jesus' resurrection they went into the holy city and appeared to many people. When the centurion and those with him who were guarding Jesus saw the earthquake and all that had happened, they were terrified, and exclaimed, "Surely He was the Son of God!"
Matthew 27 vs. 50-54

But it did not end there. Three days later He rose again. He sent us all into the world to preach the Gospel and share of His name. Thus I have written this, and thus you have read. My only hope is that you have found the one true, and only way.

Please contact me if you have any questions, concerns or requests. I will only be too happy to help you in any way that I can.
